STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Careview Caring Support Service aims to put the needs of the individual at the centre of all we do.  We will do this by providing a flexible and reliable service that respects and empowers all our service users to maintain independence and dignity while offering maximum choice.

All services will be provided against fully assessed needs.

We will ensure a high quality service at times that suit our customers, enabling them to lead the life they want in their own home.

Careview will work closely with each individual, their families, if appropriate, and other key stakeholders such as social workers and nurses.  This will ensure a high quality robust care package that is value for money.

We are able to offer wide ranging support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or those in later life over the age of 65.

We will work to continually improve our services.  We will do this by regular monitoring and listening to our customers and stakeholders through our quality assessment process.
